
Charlotte (NC) — The Charlotte Independence professional soccer team and Borussia Dortmund are excited to partner with QC Scores for two youth soccer clinics in the Charlotte area. The clinics will be conducted by Borussia Dortmund youth coaches with assistance from Independence players and QC Scores staff.
The first clinic will be held on Wednesday, March 27th from 4:15-5:45 PM ET at the SportsPlex at Matthews. The clinic is for boys ages 8-12 and open to Junior Jacks Kid’s Club Members and pre-selected players, only. No walk-ups will be accepted. A limited number of randomly selected youth players will be pre-selected for the clinic. To register for the random drawing, please click here.

The second clinic will be on Thursday, March 28th from 3-4:30 PM ET at Merry Oaks Elementary School. This clinic is only open to students who attend the QC Scores After School Program.

Borussia Dortmund is one of the world’s biggest football clubs and averages 79,496 in home attendance, the highest in European football. Dortmund is currently enjoying a successful season in the German Bundesliga and features U.S. Men’s National Team star Christian Pulistic. Last summer, Dortmund faced Liverpool at Bank of America Stadium in front of a crowd of 55,000 as a part of the International Champions Cup.
