
April 12, 2021 (CHARLOTTE, N.C.) — Charlotte Independence and adidas today revealed the fresh, new 2021 season home kit, presented by Novant Health.
The kit for the forthcoming season – which features a sustainability-focused design created from recycled polyester – was unveiled today and made available to order.
Continuing the Independence's partnership with adidas, the home jersey sees a traditional vibrant blue jersey, accented with a dark blue camo pattern around the font, back, and sleeves. The jersey also offers high-performance benefits with moisture-absorbing AEROREADY, a technology that helps players feel comfortable and ready to play.

Continuing the Independence’s partnership with adidas, the home jersey sees a traditional vibrant blue jersey, accented with a dark blue camo pattern around the font, back, and sleeves. While the Jacks will take to the field wearing the jersey with accompanying blue shorts and blue socks, the 2021 goalkeeper home kit features a bright yellow jersey that is complimented with matching yellow shorts and socks.

The Independence will make the 2021 campaign its first season at the brand new American Legion Memorial Stadium. The $40 million entire rebuild of the historic venue which began last September is close to completion and is set to open a new chapter for the Jacks.
Located in Uptown Charlotte, the new venue will have a capacity of 10,500 including standing area, and the type of amenities that have become standard at new venues across the Championship in recent years. Among them, a first for the Independence, will be a full video scoreboard and views of the surrounding city skyline that will make for a memorable experience on game-nights and at other events.
Additional information will be coming soon with a full competition and promotional schedule for the Jacks’ 16 home matches. Season tickets will go on sale in select seating areas on March 12 at https://www.charlotteindependence.com.
ABOUT CHARLOTTE INDEPENDENCE: The Charlotte Independence professional soccer team joined the United Soccer League (USL) Championship as an expansion team in September 2014.
